Projects. From implementing new ideas to improving current processes, each year all employees have the ability to work on a variety of projects.
Learn. We strive for all employees to spend 60 hours learning each year.
Flexibility. We know work/life balance is important. Some of our positions require you to be in the office but provide options for flexible hours. Other positions allow employees to do some telecommuting.
Clients. Our clients are our HR Partners who challenge us to be the best we can be! We have personal relationships with them. We care about each other professionally and personally. This is the type of environment you get within Farm Credit.

Social Crew: A different group of employees each quarter decides on some fun activities to do as an organization.

Birthday Celebrations: We celebrate birthdays once a month with a special breakfast!
Recognition: We recognize each other’s successes with many types of recognition programs. All employees are empowered to award small gift cards with Rock Award recognition notes, or Premiere Choice gift certificates to each other. We have weekly drawings to award the “Rock Star of the Week” award with a traveling rock and extra time off work!
Supporting our Culture: Throughout the year, each team member works with others to develop a group activity that reminds us of the importance of accountability, innovation, diversity, conflict management, team dynamics and working with different personalities. These are presented periodically at our weekly Foundations Stand Up meetings.
