Time to Review Your 401(k) Elections for 2009!

Now that Annual Enrollment is over, it’s a good time to review your 401(k) elections and consider any changes you would like to make for 2009. You may change your pre-tax, Roth after-tax or traditional after-tax contribution rate for any pay period. The contribution rate change schedule for 2009 will be posted on www.bcomplete.com
by Dec. 1, 2008.

If you would like to have a contribution rate change effective with your first paycheck in January, you must complete the change using Benefits Complete between Dec. 12 and
4 p.m. (Eastern) on Dec. 31, 2008.

2009 Contribution Limits:

Combined pre-tax and after-tax Roth 401(k) contributions

$16,500

Catch-up contribution limit if you are 50 or older anytime during 2009

$5,500

Total annual contribution amount to your 401(k) including:

Pre-tax contributions
Roth 401(k) contributions
Post-tax contributions
Employer match and employer contributions
(does not include catch-up contributions)

$49,000
