Reimbursement for Your HSA
Only the balance in your HSA account is eligible for reimbursement.
For example:
If you use your debit card to pay for services and the cost is $1,000, but you only have $500 in your HSA account, your card will come back as being declined.

Online Banking: Claims can be filed online at the Bank of America website. Claims should be filed using the "New Claim" button on your account page.

Debit Card: If services are paid for with the provided Bank of America debit card, there will be no need to substantiate the claim. Remember to keep all your receipts for filing your taxes.
