Do you have expenses from 2020 that need to be submitted to your Health Care FSA, Limited Purpose FSA or Dependent Care FSA? You have until March 31, 2021 to submit any expenses that occurred in of 2020. Any 2020 funds remaining in your account after March 31, 2021 will be forfeited. To check the balance in your reimburse account and/or Health Savings Account (HSA) contact PayFlex directly.
If you participate in the HSA, you have the opportunity to change the amount you contribute per pay period anytime throughout the year. To change your contribution, login to Dayforce and navigate to Benefits > 2021 HSA Election Change Request Form.
You can also make a lump sum contribution to your HSA anytime by completing the Consumer Choice HSA Lump Sum Contribution form located in Dayforce (under Benefits > Forms).
