Medical Plans

Two consumer-driven health plans (CDHPs) are available to you. Both plans can be paired with a tax-advantaged Health Savings Account (HSA).

Both plans are administered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL). Employees enrolled in either plan are eligible for a Health Savings Account (HSA) that offers triple tax savings. You also have access to a Limited Purpose Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Dependent Care FSA.
