Setting Up Your Account with PayFlex
About a week after your enrollment, go to
www.payflex.com to create an account.
Here are the directions to create your account login at PayFlex:
Go to
www.payflex.com
Click on the “Sign In” link at the top of the page.
In the drop down click on “Create Your Profile” under "New to Payflex?”.
Enter your last name, home mailing address, home zip code and that last four digits of your Social Security Number or Employee ID, and date of birth. Note: if you are enrolled in an HSA or Limited Purpose FSA, you will also need your debit card to create your account.
Click submit and make sure to read through the Online service/fee agreement, check the box that says, “I have read and agreed to the service/fee’s agreement” and click “Continue”.
Online Account Management
Online account management allows you to:
View your account activity and balance online
Request an electronic check, one time or recurring bill payments, such as orthodontics
Update your contact information
Order additional debit cards (HSA, Limited Purpose, and HealthCare Debit Card option)
Invest and save for your financial future, PayFlex offers an array of investment funds with varying risk spectrums. You can
invest in these funds once your account balance (HSA only) is above $1,000. Fund information is available on
www.payflex.com
