As a result, we are replacing the existing medical plan options with two consumer-driven health plans (CDHPs). Both plans can be paired with a tax-advantaged Health Savings Account (HSA) beginning Jan. 1, 2018. Residents of Wisconsin

The current BlueCard Network for residents in the state of Wisconsin will be replaced with the Wisconsin Blue Preferred POS network. This change will have minimal impact to participants as there is a 99% provider match to the current network.
