Health Savings Accounts
If you had an HSA at the time of your retirement, PayFlex will change your account from the Farm Credit Foundations group account to an individual account.
Details on HSA guidelines, taxability and eligible expenses are available at

Life Insurance
If you continued your basic term life, optional basic term life, and/or Group Universal Life insurance policies, contact Securian Financial directly to cancel or change coverage,
make changes to your beneficiary, or if you have payment questions.

Address changes
- Please send an email or written notification to Farm Credit Foundations
- PayFlex - log into your account or call PayFlex to update the address for your HSA, Retiree Medical and/or Continuation Coverage
- John Hancock – log into your account or call John Hancock to change your address, update your beneficiaries, direct deposit and/or tax withholding
- Securian Financial (life insurance) - log into your account or all Securian Financial to change your address, update our beneficiaries and/or banking information
